Church Cottage dates from the 17th century and is one of the oldest buildings in Langham, a village situated in the heart of the stunning North Norfolk countryside. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard of self catering holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. During your stay relax in this spacious accommodation in excellent decorative order. The property has a large private garden with summerhouse and a secluded seating area with charcoal barbeque which guests can enjoy.
A mini supermarket, fish shop and garage are within 2 miles at Blakeney, with butchers and larger supermarkets available in Holt and Wells-next-the-Sea.
The village of Langham is home to the Bluebell pub serving excellent food and is 5 minutes drive from the North Norfolk coast.
We regret we do not allow pets and we operate a no smoking policy at the property.
Guest facilities
The fully furnished accommodation has a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dish washer. There is an additional reception area with dining table and seating for up to six. An iron is provided.
Church Cottage boasts full central heating with free wi-fi. The accommodation has a downstairs WC and shower as well as an upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Bed linen (not towels), duvets and pillows are provided and all electricity and heating are included in your rental.
The sitting room is furnished with leather sofas and floor rugs positioned cosily in front of a stunning inglenook fireplace with wood-burner. A television and DVD player are included.

How to book your stay
The accommodation is let weekly from Saturday to Saturday but can be booked for short breaks out of season. To check availability use the below calendar. Unavailable dates are highlighted. Our weekly prices are adjacent to the corresponding week; please email or telephone us with your preferred booking dates and we will be very happy to assist you. Arrival can be from 3pm and we kindly ask you to vacate the cottage by 10am LATEST on your day of departure.

Church Cottage Langham is sited in the perfect location to explore the beauty and amenities of North Norfolk. Not more than a few miles from sites of Special Scientific Interest and areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty the area is a haven for ornithologists, walkers and tourists alike.
Langham is ideally situated to explore the beautiful beaches and wetlands of the Norfolk Coast as well as coastal villages and towns such as Wells-next-the-sea, Burnham Market and Cromer and the Georgian town of Holt. National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling are within half an hour’s drive and stately homes at Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham are easily reached.
